Cancel an Order
To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not been processed or shipped yet, we will immediately refund your payment or give a partial refund. If your product has already been shipped out then we cannot cancel it.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, inside the original packaging.
- If you believe your product is defective or was damaged from the shipping process we require that you contact us within 7 business days of delivery and we can replace it for you.
- The customer is responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning their item, and may ship back the item using the carrier of their choice.
- Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance in order to guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Once everything is confirmed, we will provide you with the correct address to return your product to. All customers eligible for a refund will receive an email confirmation for their records.
We do not accept returns for non-defective items
- If your product doesn't fit then we allow for exchanges but we do not provide refunds.
- All exchanges will be sent out once we receive the product you have sent to us.
- Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. Please refer to the estimated shipping times.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive the returned product we will provide you with a refund and send you a notification email. It takes approximately 3-5 business days for refund to be processed. If that amount of time has passed and you haven’t received the funds yet, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank because there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at HathorsJewels@gmail.com and we will resolve the situation.
*If your order is currently in the shipping process, we cannot provide a refund unless the tracking information shows that the order is lost.
